Research interests:

My major research interests focus on Biomedical informatics and medical imaging analysis and processing, especially on Retinal image segmentation and vessel width measurement.

I have also worked with Monte Carlo technique on generating benign and malignant masses within a mammography, developing specialized algorithms.
Besides that I have contributed to an international conference on the Next generation Trends of Protein and Nucleic Acids sequencing.
